Our permanent "Walk Through and View" exhibit features the origins of "Yardleyville" and its Quaker founders,
the little known history of the African American community in Yardley, and the history of the old African Methodist Episcopal (A.M.E) Church located here at 188 S. Canal Street.
By using first-person narratives, we tell the stories of historical figures to educate and inspire. All proceeds are contributions to Gather Place, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
Our engaging and educational presentations can be given at your location, our location and/or online by Zoom!
