This 1-hour program pays homage to Harriet Tubman’s courage and legacy, offering audiences inspiring ways to connect with her incredible story. This immersive, first-person performance is uniquely crafted to captivate, educate and entertain. Program Group Cost: $500 (up to 40 people per show, your place or ours - Email us your request). Experience Harriet Tubman’s story in this one-woman, four-scene, historical-based reenactment, created and performed by Gather Place Museum’s Shirley Lee Corsey. Corsey’s portrayal vividly captures Tubman’s life journey, from her childhood as “Minty” to her later years as the renowned “Moses” of her people. Through subtle costume changes reflecting each time period, Corsey brings audiences face-to-face with Tubman’s bravery, compassion, and relentless pursuit of freedom.
